Holy moly. Is there really a new make up shop in Marina Square that’s called Tony Moly? Apparently so boys and girls. If you’ve passed by Marina Square recently, you’ll find Tony Moly tucked away in a little corner of the main atrium. But with it’s pristine white shop front and colourful lighted sign, this brand new make up shop is hard to miss. This is the first shop of Korean make up brand Tony Moly in Singapore.

Tony Moly Singapore

Adding to the many other make up stores in Singapore, Tony Moly is a specialty Korean make up shop that carries a wide range of make up, skin care, hair care including one of Korea’s most famous make up products, BB cream. Tony Moly’s product packaging is adorable as it is practical and prices for make up range from $4.90 nail polishes to slightly pricer make up palettes.

I have to admit I was quite enchanted by some of their products. The Tony Moly Ice Queen Face Packs (SGD$28.90) come shaped in little ice-cream cups and looked quite delicious on the outside as on the inside. Looking like well, eggs, the Tony Moly Egg Pore set with an Egg Pore Blackhead Out Oil Gel, Egg Pore Silky Smooth Balm and Egg Pore Tightening Pack (Nose) wouldnt look anywhere out of place on a breakfast table.

But if you’re looking for Korean makeup in Singapore, fret not. Tony Moly carries those too. The Back Stage Self Smoky Eye Collection (SGD$45.90) was quite impressive. Combining an eyeshadow duo with a gel eyeliner in a convenient little package, this might be something I might consider buying despite the slightly pricey price tag.

Now that new Korean make up Tony Moly is in the Singapore market, Korean make up fans will have have more choices other than current make up brands Skin Food and The Face Shop. I’m not exactly a big Korean make up fan, but are you? What Korean make up products do you use?

Knowing which basic make up essentials you should have in your basic make up kit is important, but these cosmetic products dont just appear out of thin air (although I wish they did so I could own more makeup).

Some of you have asked in the previous essential make up post where to buy make up to start your basic make up collection and take the next step to becoming a beauty-holic. For that, one must know where all the make up stores in Singapore are. I dont personally buy a lot of make up in Singapore, but when I do, here are the make up stores in Singapore I frequent.
