I’ve been wanting to start this What’s in my Makeup Bag post for quite a while now, but never actually got down to it because of the sheer number of items I own. To be honest, I cant say I HAVE a makeup bag because in reality, I own a makeup case. You might even call it a makeup box. It doesnt matter what you call it, the important thing is, IT’S BIG. But for a makeup hoarder like me, being a beauty blogger at the same time, gives me a perfect reason to buy make up whenever I come across something new. So, dont judge me! 
If you’ve never heard of What’s in my Makeup Bag, the idea is to showcase the items you carry in your makeup bag. Normally, people lay everything out so you have a full view of what’s inside. But since, I use a makeup case and I probably own LOADS of stuff that would fill a football field, I decided to separate the items out into the respective product types. While you get a peek into my massive make up collection, you may also just spot something you might like to start building your basic make up essential kit. Heehee.
Today, I decided to start with my all time favourite product: mascaras. And in case you are wondering, yes, that make up box, is just for me alone.
I LOVE mascaras and own a truckload of them. But in my makeup box, these are only the ones I have opened and used. There are more stashed away somewhere in my secret make up drawer.

My guess was actually somewhere around twenty. ^-^ Twelve doesn’t seem so bad. And you’ve got a nice assortment in there, too. My only problem is why do some of them have such long names? Wouldn’t it make much more sense for the companies to call them something short and punchy??
Do you have a favorite?
I know I’ve been going on about Tokidoki without end recently, but the only mascara I own is theirs – Tokidoki Punk Lash Mascara in Cactus Rocker (black). It also comes in blue, green and purple.
I hate the lash architect btw, it doesnt have any effect whatsoever on my lashes! lol!

Whoa! That is a shitload of mascaras!! Which do you think is best for curls and lengthening? I personally use Majolica Majorca. Still loving it!
Eli: I do have favourites! I like the Maybelline Define-a-Lash series and the L’OREAL Voluminous. Covergirl Lash Blast is also quite a famous one people swear by. I’ve heard good things about the Toki Doki one and I wish I had bought stuff from the Toki Doki line when I was in NY!
countess_dee: Haha! Really? The Lash Architect one works okay for me la. It doesnt hold a curl as much as I would like it. But works quite well on bottom lashes.

Raine: Yeah Majo is good! But I swear by the Maybelline Define-a-lash Lengthening one. Soooo good. It holds a curl perfectly well. After which I usually apply the Majo mascara or which ever mascara I choose. I like to layer my mascaras on!
Actually bought quite a bit, benefit Hello Flawless, Material Girl (powder so fine), the POREfessional (The primer so smooth and oil free), stay don’t stray, (holds eye make up). Technically for me, using their makeup means no more having to carry make up pouch around so I don’t have to touch up at all. But sadly, all this has no samples. Their erase paste concealer not bad too. That’s my lastest collection but I often just keep randomly buying make up until I need a box to keep it but sigh, I haven’t found one make up box that is nice and affordable. Lols! I love mascaras too. I just the Maybeline Colossal Volume mascara and its not too bad but I think majolica better. They recently have a new one that give you a volume feel like a DOLL! But I forget the name, have to ransack my mascara when I am home to find out.
