Nokia All-You-Can-Eat Music X6

Advertorial

OM NOM NOM NOM!

We all enjoy buffets, and now you can enjoy an ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT buffet of MUSIC!

No really, you can actually now consume as much music as you want with the new Nokia X6 because it is all about entertainment. You have unlimited access to millions of tracks direct to the phone or via the Nokia Music for PC client. Because the phone has 32GB of on-board memory, it stores 11,000 tracks on the device itself. That’s insane dude! It only means you get to carry your playlist wherever you go and listen to ALL sorts of music from various genres without worrying about not having THE song you want.

One thing I like about the phone is the headphones (used in the pictures above) that comes with the set to enhance your music listening experience. Surround sound and no external noise to distract you from your music enjoyment!

Because the Nokia X6 has a slick touch screen interface, you get TWO keyboards on your phone. In portrait mode, your keyboard is a classic numeric one. But turn it a 180-degrees around and, viola you get a full QWERTY keyboard to type on. At this point, I must not forget to mention that I was highly impressed by the touch screen. It was receptive to touch, fast to respond and definitely made typing a breeze. Certainly a pleasant surprise I didnt have to exert much force before the phone responded. Definitely one of the better touch screen phones out on the market now. The vibration feedback was also very very helpful to me. It let me know that the phone was still “alive”. Haha.

With such an easy user interface, surfing the web on the Nokia X6 was relatively easy. I also enjoyed direct access to my Facebook and browsed photos in both portrait and landscape mode. The 5-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics and dual LED flash lets you take quality photos with your camera. You can then upload them directly to Facebook so you stay connected with your social circle regardless of location.

If you’re a social media addict like me, Gravity is available for the phone so you get updates from your Twitter account. Bite-size-entertainment from your favorite blogs or celeb gossip delivered straight to your fingertips, literally.

I’d have to say I definitely enjoyed using the phone and it wasnt as difficult as I initially thought it would be. In a nutshell, if you’re looking to upgrade to a smartphone that’s easy to use with the well-renowned user-friendly Nokia interface AND entertainment, the Nokia X6 is THE phone to look at.
