Both the blush and mineral veil are formulated with a “water-encapsulated technology.” I’ve been using the mineral veil for almost a week now and I’m loving how it has this cooling feeling against your skin and has a slight tinge of glitter to brighten up your complexion. I definitely paid good money for this. Perfect for use alone or over your favourite foundation.
