Okay. I know this is like LATE. But better late than never.
The new month of January signals a new beginning. And like any good story, all good endings should have good beginnings. Haha.
January signaled the start of a new school semester; the final semester of my University life. OMG. It was scary yet exciting all at the same time. And after all that blasted battling with CORS, everything had finally been settled.
The first week of school was packed with gigs. Wahaha. And it didnt feel like the sem had restarted. That on top of the fact that I skipped my first day of school. LOL. What a great way to open the semester.

This is what I stayed home for. I stayed home to paint. HAHAHA. Ok la. I stayed home and bummed around. When Nicole start painting, I decided to join in the fun.
And I think painting is one of the things we give up when we’re older. Such a pity cause it’s so therapeutic! I absolutely love it!
Gig for that night at Expo. It was my first choreo from Mag and I loved it! Her song consisted of SexyBack and this song which we call the “Psssst” song cause we didnt have a title and the song started with a “Psssst”. LOL.

Damon and his “SexyBack” girls.
We not only danced that night, but were also RMs. Hahaha. Quite and interesting gig it was cause our “performance” was eventually judged by a panel. We got a score of 9, 9, 9, 9, 8 and still managed to come in 4th. Hrmm..
Other than being a RM for the month of January, I was also a SHOW GIRL! Haha.. For STB and the upcoming Singapore Flyer/F1/Integrated Resort! Whooooooooooo!

Hoooooo! I am a peacock!
The event was at luxurious St Regis! Wahahaha. Grand opening to be in March if I remember correctly. And I heard that each room at St Regis costs like a whooping 600 over Singapore dollars! OMG. I am just happy being in the ballroom, the toilet and the lobby. LOL.
Random shots while waiting for Belinda.

The lovely lobby with purple stained glass. Be careful not to walk under the stairs cause that area’s all water!

Luxurious red carpet!

Behind the chair, you see a doorway, that’s where our holding room was. There were 3 show girls – red, green and blue. The holding room was where we had our food too. PACKET FOOD LEH. But then after the event we got to eat the buffet that was served to the guests. HAHA. They had this awesome brownie and mini pita bread with dips of all sorts. Mushrooms, cod fish and tonnes of stuff that looked weird and mushy yet tasted fabulous.

Our booth. See the colourful “Wheel of Fortune”. Guests could win tickets to the Singapore Flyer! Spa vouchers and eating vouchers. The blacktable was where people could “gamble”. Actually it was for them to be entertained by the magicians. Really cool card tricks that they pulled right under our noses.

F1 racing track! Whoooooooo! There were little remote control cars that guests could race. Haha. Cute. Of course, there were the F1 girls too. Haha. I didnt get pictures of them cause they werent dressed up yet.
I met hot girls of course at the event but didnt get to take many shots cause the event was all wham-bam-thankyouma’am. But it was super fun. And if you didnt already know, our Singapore Flyer is finally open! Wheeeeeee! There are 28 cabins and the entire ride takes about 30-40mins. Haha. See the things you learn at work.
