Finally got the video for the third birthday bash. HUR.
It was my first time doing Jazz and in Jazz Sneakers.
Seems weird watching me do Jazz. But tis ok la. We look pretty good during the chorus.
And I remember the stage was really slippery. BAH.
Feeling emo.
The injuries are really not helping. They just act up whenever I exert too much. And how can we NOT exert ourselves especially during tech and conditioning class? Sigh. Gimme me strength to hang in there. Gimme the capacity to open my heart again and love dance all over again.
ARGHHHH! I cannot NOT share this with you.
1) Look out for the arch of the foot. Especially when she goes on pointe, either one or two legs. The angle the toes make with the floor.
2) Look out for when she’s at the bar and is swinging her leg. I swear to God, that leg is not hers.
3) She makes everything look so graceful and light, but I tell you, THE AMOUNT OF STRENGTH AND CONTROL SHE HAS IS CRAZY.
